Investment Project Worth $200 Million Discussed

➡️ Within the framework of the Tashkent International Investment Forum, the Hokim of Bektemir district N. Abdurakhmanov held a meeting with the management of the Malaysian company “Spora Global Sdn Bhd”.

📄 During the negotiations, issues of implementing a large-scale investment project on the second 5-kilometer section of the Chirchik River flowing through the territory of Bektemir district were discussed. The initial cost of the project is planned to be 200 million US dollars.

☑️ The meeting included an exchange of views on the project concept, investment opportunities, infrastructure development of the area, as well as prospects for implementing modern urban planning solutions and creating recreational zones.

🔘 It was noted that this project will contribute to increasing the investment attractiveness of Bektemir district, creating new jobs, developing tourism and the services sector, and making effective use of the territories along the Chirchik River.

📄 At the end of the meeting, the parties agreed to continue cooperation on the implementation of the project. The signing of an investment agreement for this project is expected in the near future.
